Portsmouth have 20 games to play though that is nothing compared to Carlisle in League 2- they have 5 games in hand over the top side, Cambridge.
But nothing quite beats Dover in the National League - they've only played 15 games this season and tomorrow's match away to Halifax has been postponed due to snow too. They have played 7 games less than Torquay and they still have no less than 29 games!!!! They are also one of many clubs with dire financial issues and one suspects that they won't finish the season even if the League does.0 -

Oxford United have put back their match against Wigan to Sunday.
Oxford say they are confident rising temperatures will allow their pitch to thaw out by Sunday.
