  • An early postponement, but surely better for Pompey to avoid a wasted journey. Nearby Port Vale have also cancelled their game
  • Portsmouth have 20 games to play though that is nothing compared to Carlisle in League 2- they have 5 games in hand over the top side, Cambridge.

But nothing quite beats Dover in the National League - they've only played 15 games this season and tomorrow's match away to Halifax has been postponed due to snow too. They have played 7 games less than Torquay and they still have no less than 29 games!!!! They are also one of many clubs with dire financial issues and one suspects that they won't finish the season even if the League does.

That’s ridiculous. Just checked the table and Dartford, in the same league, have played 19!
  • Dartford's pitch looked amazing for their midweek game, it's not surprising they've managed to avoid weather related postponements

Oxford United have put back their match against Wigan to Sunday.
Oxford say they are confident rising temperatures will allow their pitch to thaw out by Sunday.

I was wondering if our game could be moved to Sunday, but Gillingham have a game on Tuesday.
  • I'm surprised the Massives don't have undersoil heating

Just get the fans to breathe on the pitch, massive amount of hot air.

  • Blackpool v Peterborough is the next game thats been called off due to a frozen pitch
  • Only 2 games left in L2 now, the games at Bolton and Cambridge. Quest will have to spend 15 minutes talking about Marcus Maddison to fill the time  :D

  • Why dont Gillingham and Peterborough move their game to Wednesday, same with Blackpool v Rochdale

Charlton v Gillingham AND Blackpool v Peterborough can then potentially go ahead tomorrow

Thats if Blackpool can get either of their games ahead
  • Oxford Wigan abandoned due to a fire

  • Thankfully nothing serious and game has resumed.

  • Oxford pass the Golfie Test, coming back from 1-0 down to win 2-1

They now go above us on GD, with 2 games in hand

Fair play to Oxford. I wish we could beat adversity and comeback in games to win them.

A few said we had a chance for the automatic spots, if "the run" happened.

We finish the weekend in 8th place, 1 position ahead of the mighty Accrington who presumably are underachieving if we are overachieving  ;)

You put £100 that we'd get into the play offs  ?  I'm hoping this was at the start of the season & not recently, otherwise you need your bumps felt.
