Good move for him if he gets game time. Could be the Karlan effect who improved dramatically after a league 2 loan.0

Ben Dempsey remains with Woking until the end of the season... http://wokingfc.co.uk/news/article/7336/
He's 21 now so if we dont go up you know he'll be let go in the summer0 -
I think this will happen regardless. I can’t see him getting bench time ahead of vennings.ForeverAddickted said:Ben Dempsey remains with Woking until the end of the season... http://wokingfc.co.uk/news/article/7336/

he has a career in the game but that will be conference/l25 -
Yeah reckon he'll go on to have a career a bit like Harry PellTodds_right_hook said:

Yes, more his level. Especially if Bowyer is looking to sign a battling midfielder, whether Ofoborh or similar which is his positionTodds_right_hook said:

Very good move for Josh. A real sign of progression to go from National League to Div 2. If he does well there, next season it's Div 1 for him either with us, or on loan when we're in the Championship.chev said:3 -
I am a bit confused, are you saying that if we do go up he will stay as he is too good for league 1?ForeverAddickted said:Ben Dempsey remains with Woking until the end of the season... http://wokingfc.co.uk/news/article/7336/

No because his age means his wages will count under the salary cap I thinkRedrobo said:

Yup... There wont be the urgency to release him because we wont be tied down by a Salary Cap - If we go up we can always offer him a one year deal as one last opportunity to prove himselfMattF said:

Cawley saying no but Pete isn't the type to make stuff up, interesting
Apparently he's absolutely terrible regardless0 -

Remember kids we have money now so any agent trying to earn their bread is going to chuck our name in the mix no matter our actual situation with targets, the salary cap etc.7

Seems genuine. I can see us investing significantly in such young talent as it gets around the cap and gives us a resale value. It will be interesting if we get near the £1m mooted.Thommo said:0 -

It looks like we're trying to build for the future now which is good younh hungry players that don't affect the budget this year would be a very good way to go38

Another player that I saw play on loan at Weston-super-Mare (I've posted about Ollie Watkins in the past).RedRobin said:
Of all of the Exeter loanees I saw here (a number of them now regulars in the EFL and Watkins in EPL) Randall was the one I was most impressed with.
I love the way he plays. He might be a bit pricey for us though, and I've seen Celtic linked with him.
