    That's not football though, is it? Surely we all know the way you take a kick off is to pump it up the field for an opposition throw.

    Lucky Bowyer wasn't in charge.  He would have brought on Purrington, Matthews, Oshilaja etc after 30 seconds.

    Still think Jimmy Melrose had the fastest goal with the opponents starting the game. All the others I've seen the scoring team have been the ones to kick off.

    Shearer had one where he charged down the keeper from the kickoff and scored
