How do you get orange juice (from concentrate) with bits in?

Comments

  • hmmm probbaly add the 'bits' later - never thought of that thou, wierd to think the same juice your drinking has nothing to do with the bits in it?!!
  • you clearly have higher intelligence than Oakster..
  • Surely when they concentrate the juice they also concentrate the bits?

you couldn't 'concentrate' the bits - that would just been removing all the juice/water from them.

That is unless you concentrate the juice by boiling off the water from the juice with bits, and just have more concentrate but with bits and then add water to bulk up again at a future date

quite plausable thou if the 'bits' are never removed
  • it would seem like a lot of hard work to remove the bits if you don't have to, but in essense its just the juice that is concentrated

I would assume that rather than dehydrating the fruit juice that they dehdrate the pulp/juice mix then rehydrate it later and hey presto - juice with bits in it.

we demand answers, someone ring up del monte
  • Don't ask Helena Christiensen (sic) who still does not get it after Dennis Pennis asked her

"Why did the model look at the orange juice carton"

    It said "Concentrate"
