    I can't believe Muller is still only 30. He seems to have been playing for 15 years at least. Fabulous player and would love to see him have a crack in the PL before he does retire though.

    As if things couldn't get much worse for Barcelona right now, they apparently have to pay Liverpool another 5m for Coutinho as an add on after winning the Champions league.

    Allegedly the clause never specified that the win had to be with Barcelona.

    millionaires committing too many fouls ruined what should have been a classic .. the football authorities need to get to grips with persistent niggling fouls which seem to occur every few minutes and spoil the game as a spectacle .. if a player makes a break, gets away, your defence is not in place, then just commit a 'professional foul' .. or alternatively roll around injured hoping for a free kick/yellow card for an opponent, basically cheating .. this happens not just in European prestige games but in lower league and park football .. more yellow cards and and 10 minute spell on the bench for a yellow card please, as in Rugby Union

    Couldn't find a 20/21 thread but Upamecano is so similar to Sarr, both in being a giant at the back and defensively terrifying and exciting.
