My dad seriously ill in hospital

hi guys 
My dad Ray a life long Charlton fan is seriously ill in hospital after a fall at his flat in which he hit his head causing a very bad bleed on his brain, ive been told they can't operate as its his speech and movement part of the brain , they said they would monitor him over next 48 hours to look for change in his condition as he's in a coma and on a ventilator! Hes 67 its to soon ! I hope he fights and wakes up ok but doctors aren't hopeful, will keep you all posted

    Sorry to hear that pal and all the best. 67 is indeed too soon especially under those circumstances. Fingers crossed for you and your family he pulls through.

    All the best... My Dad is 68 in October and has just had a minor operation on his throat to help with his calcium levels

    Cant stress how anxious I was in the build up and it was beyond relief when I knew he was okay afterwards

    That age really is no age to go at (Although the world doesnt seem to care) - Really hope that your Dad manages to pull through, certainly thinking of you and your family
