Tons and tons of heavy hits were produced by Martin .. there would have been no Deep Purple or Iron Maiden without him, or at least they would have sounded VERY different. One of a kind .. R I P

Just look at the list of albums he produced. Difficult to pick a favourite, but for me it's got to be The Number of the Beast.
