Can anyone smell gas in the Bexley/Sidcup area? Really strong in Bexley and my mum can smell it near Halfway St.

    Just ate a beef stew which must of been in the freezer for 4 years...  I am in Medway, so let me know if you get a whiff of that in Bexley tomorrow morning Dave?

    Can't smell any gas up in the North West Dave, definitely localised if that's any help 😉.

    Theres a large leak at Bexley Sand and Ballast. Airborne smell reaching out as far as Eynsford, West Wickham, Thamesmead depending on the wind direction. Works ongoing, should be complete by Thursday night.

    Yep. Wondered what it was when I nipped out for a walk round the block at 8.
