    Interesting that old planned Valley extension (pre the house development at the Sam Bartram turnstile) would have increase our capacity to make us a top ten ground. That's not still beyond the realms of possibility of we ever got back to the PL and again faced a 27,000 sellout every week.

    Agreed but the problem is with a 40k ground if we got relegated back to The Championship it'd look very empty when barely at 25% capacity vs Huddersfield on a cold wet Tuesday night.

    For a 40k stadium we'd have to be a permanent fixture in the Premier League.
