Palace eliminated by Derby
Only Millwall we have to worry about this year now thank god - Although fully expecting their route to the Final be: Oxford - Dog & Duck - Gondor - Hogwarts FC!!3 -
Spurs drawing at Boro so both them and Man U will need replays. And both sides who will want to win the cup too, so it's not as if they'll play the kids1

He's another example of the famous Liverpool academy0 - Sponsored links:

Shocking defeat that for Everton, against a Liverpool 2nd 11. That shows how far apart the clubs are now0

Have a look at the Milivojevic red card (after VAR) vs Derby.
Pathetic coward.0 -
As is with previous rounds; lowest teams left in the competition are now from League Two after both AFC Fylde and Hartlepool were eliminated at this stage
Northampton Town the lowest team left who are guaranteed a place in the Fourth Round, they beat Burton Albion 4-2 today
Carlisle United can still join them after they forced a replay against Cardiff City yesterday...
From League One; Oxford United | Portsmouth and one from Bristol Rovers or Coventry City are the only guaranteed teams through to the next round
Tranmere Rovers | Shrewsbury Town | Blackpool can all still advance should they win their replays
Both Premier League and Championship showing the gap between them and the rest this year1 -

Good thing is that red cards carry over to the league, whereas yellow cards don't. Should be a three match ban.0 -

There were twenty changes in the Charlton v West Brom match. Sheffield United were the only prem team to make 11 changes. Charlton was the third biggest drop in attendance, at 11,000. Sheffield United dropped 19,000 and Cardiff nearly 18,000. All pretty damning stats about the FA Cup.0

Gomez 55 apps
Milner 143 apps
lallana 123 apps
origi 79 apps
Oxlaide chamberlain 46 apps
on the other hand Everton fielded there strongest team and were favourites for the 1st time in 20 years to win at anfield and still lost - very deep problems there I think.0 - Sponsored links:

1st half Everton had some good chances but couldn't take them. 2nd half they were completely outplayed by Liverpool.0

Heard a couple of suggestions for improving the FA Cup yesterday;
1) Increase the prize money to make it more attractive to the bigger clubs.
2) Scrap the two-leg league cup semi-final to make one less game for those 4 (normally big) clubs.
3) Go down the German route of having the lesser ranked team at home (not sure about that one.....maybe for the 3rd and 4th rounds?)
4) Go straight to penalties on 90 mins...no replays (not sure about that one).
The FA Cup will never get back to it's former glory....the Premier League/Champions League has seen to that. There was time when out of two consecutive games v West Brom, the FA Cup game would've had the bigger attendance. But maybe there are still some things that can be done to improve the competition from where it stands now.1 -
I think Everton will do fine if they trust Ancelotti and give him a bit of time. Problem is clubs/fans/owners will not always give the manager that time during difficult periods.1

Re interest amongst PL clubs, who and when was the last non PL club to win the cup?0

Arsenal v Leeds tonight, 6/1 .. will tell us a lot about the relative strengths of a top Champ team and a struggling but still powerful Prem team0

Always love seeing what could of been had we made it through1

Ooo draw time... You know what that time means!!
It means we can moan and argue that Charlton could have ended up with West Brom's opponents
Whilst the rest moan we wouldnt have been the same ball number
Millwall of course will end up with Northampton!!0 -
Oh ffs.0
