It looked like Bonne was refusing to come off, saw him waving to the bench twice saying he was okay to stay on. Unless he was waving to Mathew Halford who was sat just behind the bench and it meant ‘I’m flagged to be a high risk of injury and require rest’ whatever flagged to be a high risk of injury means.
If I was a forward and had scored 8 in the last 16 I would be ‘absolutely furious’ if I was rested.
