    Phillips: 8 - Didnt do anything wrong today, made a great couple of saves
    Lockyer: 7 - Best defender we had today, again didnt do anything wrong
    Pearce: 6 - Gave away the free kick for the first goal but the team should have defended it better
    Sarr: 5 - Had a good game once he settled, two mistakes have cost us today though
    Matthews: 7 - Really good game from him, good call Bowyer
    Gallagher: 6 - Targeted, just couldnt get going
    Cullen: 8 (MOTM) - Will be a future captain of this club if he sticks around
    Pratley: 7 - Shame he got booked, showed his experience
    Purrington: 5 - Nothing came off for him today, he's not a wing back
    Leko: 5 - Yes he scored but you need more from your players in this type of game
    Bonne: 7 - Should have got two but for two great saves, never gave up, thats what you want to see

    Sarr: 3 mistakes for both goals, looked under pressure all game, made rash decisions. bad day at the office!

    Cullen: 9 worked tirelessly, unbeliveably composed when under pressure
    Pratley: 9 the engine - shame he was subbed and carded as now banned

    Didn't see the game and won't be watching any of the highlights. But I have one question.
    If you're a central defender of a team which loses 2-1 and you're individually responsible for both goals, how do you achieve a mark of 5?

    What a poor start
    Phillips; 7 couple of good saves, goal kicks never found a charlton player and rushed a few starts
    Lockyer: 6
    Pearce: 5 gave away the foul for the first goal
    Sarr: 3 the man just doesnt appear for big games, 
    Mathews: 7 good game, better attacking option but by the end he was knackered
    Gallagher: 6 - ok game , tried the complicated option when the easier pass may have been the better option
    Cullen: 7 - man of the match, looked like he cared and took the game to them when we passed to him
    Pratley: 6 - think he was just as much at fault for the first goal with Sarr it like the two didn't speak to each other
    Purrington: 5 - good left back but hes not a wing back - ever time he got in their box he fouled their player
    Leko: 5 - not interested in the first half and if it wasn't for a deflection his goal would probably have gone out for a throw
    Bonne: 6 - good strike but got none or little service from the midfield
    Referee: 7 - got most decisions right

    Kayal: 4 - the man gives us no attacking momentum, gives the ball away in the middle of the park and passed the ball straight our which lead to the attack for their goal
    Lapslie: 5 should have been oztumer who came on - we had a good attack the ball got to George in the millwall attacking 3rd and we end up going back to our goalie?

    At corners you defend against players behind you. If guy peeled off and got in front of Naby, his fault. Goalscorer was in front all the time so was someone else's responsibility

    Phillips 8 - not at fault for either goal and a couple of very good saves

    Lockyer 7 

    Pearce 7

    Sarr 3 - I don't think it's too harsh to say he single handedly lost us the match today

    Mathew's 7 - played well

    Gallagher 6.5 - looked overawed by the occasion and took a dive a couple of times. Probably his weakest performance for us.

    Pratley 8 - mistake taking him off
     
    Purrington 5 - poor 

    Leko 6

    Bonne 6

    Referee 7 - nothing to complain about

    Mathews: 6 didn’t do a lot wrong. Criminal giving away a fail throw at this level though. 
    Gallagher: 6 was targeted. 
    Cullen: 8.5 ran the midfield. Best player on the pitch. 
    Pratley: 6.5 yellow card was accidental although no complaints. Shame he got booked as we could’ve done with him staying on the pitch 
    Purrington: 5 poor game. Not fit and got a knock 
    Leko: 5 scored a goal. That’s all he done. Doesn’t put any effort in
    Bonne: 6.5 should’ve had two. First he should’ve scored and second was a cracking save 
    Referee: 6 didn’t do a lot wrong

    obviously you have never played football then, if he is behind you how do you track his movement unless you have eyes in the back of your head. If you want an example watch Pearce at Fulham.
