Saw that lyle is actually running again although still in a brace, hopefully a good sign for that earlyish return.0

You can keep fit, just essential to not twist or turn atm0

Ah I'm no expert, I was under the impression with ligament tears it was strict R&R for the large majority of the Injury based on one I did last year but that was In my foot so probably completely different.mendonca said:You can keep fit, just essential to not twist or turn atm1

Millwall might be too soon then
Two weeks the brace comes off which is the Preston game, he's then got a week to get ready for Millwall0

There's no need to aim for the Millwall game. The aim is to progress each step of rehab successfully, then look when to be reintegrated into the first 11!8

He will actually come on as sub when we are awarded a 96th minute penalty at the Den and will walk from the half-way line to the penalty spot and fire in the winning goal in the 105th minuteForeverAddickted said:Millwall might be too soon then

"My career has been kind of based on proving people wrong so I’m waiting for someone to tell me I can’t do it so that I can prove them wrong."
You can't and wont score a Premier League goal for Charlton.
You wont score an injury time hatrick against millwall turning around a 2 goal deficit !
Get to work on that Lyle10
