Season Gets Underway This Evening .. Luton Town v Middlesbrough .. SkySports

Should be a cracking start to season 2019/20. Despite all the trouble and strife around CAFC, I can't wait for real football to get underway again.
I know that our squad is weaker than last season. However, it'll still be interesting to see how a side we took four points from last term gets on against what is probably one of the strongest and best financed sides in the Championship. 
It's a pity that our first game of the new season is away against another potentially strong outfit, but that is just how it is .. Come on you Addicks tomorrow !!

    Yup be tuning in this evening... Really cant wait for the actual Football to just begin now

    Surprised that James Shea has been dropped at Luton

    Feels a bit harsh seeing he kept so many clean sheets last season; Adam Davies and Dillon Phillips were the only ones to match him from January

    Was just listening to Graeme Jones and hearing him say that he'd tweeked things from last season was making me wince

    Why would you do that, especially as your players are still surely going to be on a high from winning League One, just point them in the direction of the Championship and tell them to do the same again - IF it doesnt work then start to tweek

    Luton starting XI is strong, they’ve added to what they had, apart from full back they sold.  Jealous quite frankly, buzzy atmosphere too, football Is back everyone ⚽️

    Luton aggressive and clearly not scared of ‘Boro, who, if Tony Mowbray had his way would be beating teams like Luton without a problem.

    Gives us a little bit of hope.
