    Broad started young, ditto Anderson. Just Anderson had his action destroyed and went away to rebuild it at lancs for a few years. But yeah, not going to be around forever. We were lucky in that when hoggard retired his replacement swing bowler in Anderson was even better than hoggy

    Hoggard was my favourite bowler growing up, modelled my own bowling style on him. But Anderson is better

    "Was" being the operative word. He's only 5 years older than Jimmy but such is his frame and fitness he struggles to bowl 4 overs for the PCA now. Could still eat and drink for England though!

    He’s the only bowler I’ve seen that could and did perform in any condition. That’s without having the pace of jones, flintoff and harmy

    He is a real streak bowler. When he is on the money he is absolutely unplayable but when he's not he is cannon fodder.
