Unfortunately Duchatelet is a racist, as some posters on here, and doesn't want to sell to "foreigners" who, unlike him, don't understand British football culture.
Or maybe as well as being a racist he's a liar and a hypocrite who is desperate to sell to anyone with the money.
Unfortunately, he's not desperate enough to sell at a reasonable and straightforward price.3 -
