I think the clock is ticking pretty quickly for Dalman though.Henry Irving said:

Dalman leaked the £30m offer to the Standard in March and his name was first publicly linked there too a few weeks back.
Now this.
Dalman seems to me to be happy to use the press to put pressure on Duchatelet or at least get his version of events out there.
It maybe dead and Dalman just gave someone the story. Or maybe not.
Cardiff will want a commitment from him in the coming days I would think.2 -
Doubt he’ll still be trying to get a deal done in the future if it doesn’t happen this summer either. Unlike the Aussies.carly burn said:

Agreed. The worrying thing is that Roland's reaction is unpredictable.Henry Irving said:

Most reasonable people would realise Dalman walking would be a huge blow and want him back at the table. Roland will probably see Dalman as just another bloke who is trying to embarrass him and close the door.11 -
I think he has tweeted him (Paul) and waiting for a response, that's itHenry Irving said:

All I can say is he hasn't posted any copy in response to the Standard article.

No, I hadn't tweeted Paul. A different source.
Genuinely I don't know why he hasn't posted copy. I suspect it's because the story isn't accurate. I'm trying to get more info.10 -
Worked for Bowyer! Perhaps Roland is one of those who only comes to his senses when he is walked out on. I reckon you've posted 40 times since it started on the 18th. Have you tried laying down in a darkened room and listening to the sounds of the ocean?6 -
Surely this game of playing one bid off against another is taking up more than 2% of Dushits time?3

Angry? Not really, just don't like the 'look at me I'm itk posts' with a lack of info. There's a whole fan base here desperate for good news so it gets on my nerves when posts aren't made clear regarding take over news.Valley11 said:

What's the name of the journo? What do you mean by he hasn't responded? Because he can't or won't?
If I knew something I would share it to the the finest details, why? Because if someone is willing to tell you what they know on this matter the odds are the information isn't that sensitive or other people will know anyway. If it was completely confidential information it would never be shared in the first place

Very difficult! It’s addictive. I only check 1x per day but am struggling to stay within the appointed 15 minutes per day. I feel this...Raith_C_Chattonell said:

Using the Winchester is somewhat drastic.Chizz said:It's a bit like buying a house.
First, you choose the house you're going to buy. Then, you negotiate a price with the vendor. Then, the vendor turns out to be demonstrably bonkers. So, you go to the Winchester, have a pint and wait for it all to blow over.1 -

I’m not worried, this is all a ploy by Duchatelet to have us remembering him as a cheeky scamp who likes a giggle and not the sociopathic, narcissistic, wankpuffin that we believe him to be. He showed this with the Bowyer contract fiasco. Rest assured, tomorrow at 08:05, he will issue a statement confirming the sale of the club and a ‘haha had you all going’ sign off. He’s basically a Belgian Jeremy Beadle.18

It’s a big load of old guff. That’s what it is.

You probably won’t like this but I don’t believe that Dalman has the money and has never had the money to do the deal - he’s not the money at Cardiff either. The whole story has been over hyped5
