This is what I think is going to happen. The Dalman bid is going to fail. Prague’s lot will come in, do the due diligence and then walk away leaving the just Aussies and then we’ll start going round in circles again. Duchatelet will still be owner come September 2030
It seems to me that if the dragging out of the takeover is coming down to valuation by Roland, the likely situation given what we know of him, that potential owners at some point in the not-too-distant future would simply suspend their offer and wait until the end of the upcoming season to see if we stay up.
The last thing a new owner wants is to buy a club and then go down their first year. If a new owner cannot bring in new players it wants and instead is handed a club that has lost talent in the transfer market, then why take the chance? My fear is that if we don't get a deal announced by the end of the transfer window, then it won't happen until we have proven we are staying up. Which means close to another year.

From a buyers perspective a deal being possible would only last until the end of the transfer window if RD invested sufficiently in the squad that we have a good chance of staying up. If RD does little to improve the squad then a final deal date would have to allow for all the necessary legal work as well as time to bring the squad up to the required level and that would likely take extra money as our situation will be well known. My guess is the latter date is very soon, maybe the end of this week ? The buyers should know this but does RD ?
