Although (unless I'm being naive) I continue to be hopeful that Ceferin (UEFA chief) is actually a good appointment, apart from being a twat and letting Baku host the Europa League Final (doubt it was solely down to him) he's not done too badly2 -

If Susan Boyle was voted Miss World, you know there is corruption to uncover. I can't see any difference with Qatar winning the World Cup bid. Everybody who voted for it is advertising that they are corrupt. Of course the problem is proving what you 100% know. On every level apart from ability to bribe, Qatar misses the criteria.3
