I know what you mean, but I’m up in 530 and I’ve heard it’s going to be banging up there!BR7_addick said:Anyone else rush rush panic Monday morning first thing to get a ticket up in the gods and has now just seen some superb seats go on sale this morning and feeling a bit gutted?!
( easy, Mehmet!
)
Just glad to be going tbh.

251 is where I am, and I bought a prawn sandwich packageCurb_It said:What level is that then? Block 249 are Club Wembley seats so would they be?0 -
Gutted a bit extreme, it won’t affect my day at all just would’ve been nice to be a bit closer.Leeds_Addick said:
Nope, not bothered. Just glad Charlton are at Wembley and that I’m gonna be there.BR7_addick said:Anyone else rush rush panic Monday morning first thing to get a ticket up in the gods and has now just seen some superb seats go on sale this morning and feeling a bit gutted?!0 -
My tickets turned up today but not a physical ticket - I need to print them myself :-(
I know it's only a piece of paper but I wanted an actual ticket to remember the day by
Still - I'm going and that should be enough0 -
I reckon we sold more than that 34k and they then held back a load for players, staff academy and family and friends. that would account for alot of tickets. I reckon there will be about 38k Charlton there1

What type of ticket did you buy?Swisdom said:My tickets turned up today but not a physical ticket - I need to print them myself :-(

There are only 2/3 ticket office staff. While I’m sure they are busy with queries, it’s highly unlikely they are at The Valley processing and sending out tickets, which as for the home game has been outsourced. The ticket office probably couldn’t open because they don’t have direct control of the sales.killerandflash said:
To be fair they need all the staff, other than the phone lines available to print and post ticketsBaldybonce said:Still an effing nightmare to book. Why couldn't they hsve opened the ticket office today?

Seriously? Why couldn't they just email that? I'm starting to fret now. Ordered early doors Saturday no sign of them yet....Swisdom said:My tickets turned up today but not a physical ticket - I need to print them myself :-(

Any idea what time Wembley opens to collect reprints? I really would prefer to be down the pub rather than stuck in a queue with 15000 other punters0 -

Have you included hospitality and club officials in the main wembley VIP box in your calculations....as well as private box takers?superclive said:I reckon we sold more than that 34k and they then held back a load for players, staff academy and family and friends. that would account for alot of tickets. If not, then you can easily add on another 1500 to 2000.1 -

Happy to swap, physical ticket in exchange for the free booze and prawn sandwiches seems a fair exchange

Those extra seats in Club Wembley blocks that have been made available from Charlton are NOT hospitality package inclusive......they are seat only and at a cost of £54 if I’m not mistaken.killerandflash said:

Anyone wanting the full package should call Club Wembley on 08007831440....last I heard they were all taken.....but give them a call you never know your luck!
They answer the phone pretty quickly too, which is a bonus.0 -

I can think of a few on here who'd love a go at licking the queen's back side.cafckev said:
All those envelopes that need stamps. Sod licking all them!golfaddick said:What is it with people !! There is usually no postal collections after midday on a Saturday so the earliest that tickets would have been able to be posted out would have been yesterday. Ticket staff at The Valley would have had around 30k to send out by then.
Have some patience ffs1 -

My understanding is that these may be from seats previously reserved for the EFL.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Strange that they've waited a day to release more tickets. What was wrong with releasing them and selling out yesterday?2 -

I cannot comment on whether anyone has actually manned it since Sunday.
At the weekend, as @Cardinal Sin said, there was just an automated Geordie saying unfortunately this queue is full go online blah, blah, blah.0 -
That,s great news !Lordflashheart saidHad a massive result - I faced the prospect of the lottery of tnrw' general public sale - today my daughter mentions in passing to a colleague that I was trying to get a ticket - lovely lady she works with said she hadn't used up her allocation, went straight online - I'm now off to Wenbley
I'm really excited - haven't felt like this for many years
Your dear Dad will be there with you too
