They always cover every sky game and are free and you don't need to sign up. Always decent quality when I have used them1 -
NowTV you can buy a 24hr Sky Sports pass for 8.99 very reasonable and always excellent quality with what appears to be only about 2-3 seconds lag on the official satellite reception.3

Signed up for this today so watched the second half of Sunderland Pompey. Not sure if I'll be at Friday's game, so went with day pass for now.
If not, it's only the price of 2 beers to buy again.
