Tried to buy  some away tickets - i have valley gold, nothing happens when i click on the Doncaster v Charlton logo !!

And the telephone queue is full up "try again later"  shiiite!

Exactly the same experience and zero response from the club on any channel.

Why are Charlton the only club that just cannot get ticketing right?
    @The Red Robin we're not

Bet there are fans moaning on all 12 club's forums.

Not that that doesn't mean CAFC could do better but guess what? The ticket office is understaffed and unresourced and has no senior leadership (that means you Tony Keohane and LDT, not the ticket office staff whose bonuses you didn't pay).

Owing to being in hospital at present I can’t make either game...Can anyone confirm these are on Sky?  If they are I’ll get a NOW tv pass.  May have been mentioned before - but couldn’t see anywhere.

I’m guessing the 800 extra won’t arrive till tomorrow?  And they’ll be a general sale free for all?
No, they will presumably keep them at Doncaster as they will be collected at Doncaster.

so you pay £120 for vg for most peoples sole reason being ticket priority it then doesnt work - and you cant complain or talk to anyone about it as they are busy.

1am return coach to Manchester booked
Seat in the Covered End secured
All we need is the win

Anyone else travelling from Manchester for the game?
Yes, but taking the train and stopping over
That's the clever way to do it 😁

Buying tickets for the play off games - assuming you meet the required criteria - is a piece of piss, a doddle, as easy as buying anything else online or over the phone.

The Club, in this instance, is not rubbish or a shit shower.
I do wonder why people have waited until now to check that their VG is linked correctly too.

I'm laughing at you can now go to the ticket office and purchase tickets for the home leg 9 days away.
But your not allowed down there in person for the away leg 4 days away

website not working i think for most the issue could be getting a purchase in before posting deadline as not everyone can take time off work to drive down to the valley.
Don't know if going to the Valley would do any good at all as the ticket office is closed until the 15th,unless you could get in main reception.

the problem is with away tickets.

They've finally sorted it and admitted their error.

    Sorry CE
Why have the ticket office open for home game tickets but not away.
I should think the majority of fans have already got thier home tickets
