ive bought the game on ifollow for today. I’ve downloaded the Oxford app on my phone now what do I do? Any advise appreciated

Ive bought the match pass, but every time I go to watch live it asks me to select my subscription again -- i click nexxt match and it says " you already have paid for this subscription"0
