Apples Jade threw that away I'd say. Shifting right at exactly the wrong time didn't help.0

Have had to add a nibble on SFM since he moved out to triple figure price on the exchange.

Nearly time!
Just want to say many thanks for all the kind comments. It’s the thoughts and humour of every single contributor that makes this thread so enjoyable for me every year and there's some brilliant insight from a lot of serious racing folk. Cheers to you all.
I also really appreciate the faith that a lot of you place in my model. It's done OK down the years but there’s a definite risk that Mark II, having its first spin, careers off into a ditch and bursts into flames. If so, I do apologise. The model's always work-in-progress, of course, but I really hope it repays your faith (literally).
Whichever steeds are carrying your hard-earned, all the best to everyone and to all 40 runners and riders – come back safe and sound.

It's a pleasure to be on this forum and to share in your knowledge, and hopefully make a pretty penny too!8 -

Yes !!!
Had Tiger Roll £2.50 e/w (betting slip shows €1.25). Took sp with William Hill. Tv had it at 4-1 do I'm assuming that's £6.
Also had Livelovelaugh too.....but not sure where he finished as I think WH pay top 6.2 -
Fantastic horse Tiger Roll
And what a run by the mare, Magic Of Light. Closer to winning it than any mare for at least 31 years.

Vintage Clouds going on the first must’ve killed a few on here. Gutting.1

Think it was Up for Review that fell badly at the first, didn’t look good0

Bad afternoon for me in terms of bets, but happy to have witnessed that run. Incredibly nonchalant win in one of the most gruelling events in sport. Hung back surveying the field and then just breezed past at the end. Almost did it at a canter.0

Even though it jumped a couple badly, you were knew around fence 26, 27 it was going to be Tiger Roll. Fantastic horse0
