    Done
  • Ooooh-kay.... Wouldnt have thought he was our best player in January let alone the whole League

Guess its a sign of the type of player he is; i.e. quiet and just gets on with the job
  • James Collins should win comfortably.

Nothing against Ben, but he wasn't even our best defender of the month. Ridiculous.
Ben's done just fine, but that is all.

Tbf the best thing about signing him is that it allows Solly to revert back to right back.
So you could argue he deserves it as he has improved our entire back four giving us a much better ballance

After Purrington arrived we kept three clean sheets in a row. The first goal we’ve conceded since he joined was against Fleetwood on Saturday the 2nd of Feb.

I think he deserves a lot of credit for exactly the reasons you’ve outlined.
  • Slightly surprised he's been nominated BUT I do think he's been under appreciated here
  • The Cat has just got my vote ... but only because His Royal Sarr-ness wasn't an option.

    Not done.

He's good but not the best player in League 1 in January.

    Boooooooo!

Love a good boo, the ultimate remedy for a situation like this. Since when was anything fair? I mean the Spanners are community club of the century!

This may be true but as a Charlton fan surely u should just vote for the Charlton player.

I voted for him just because

Like Ringo wasn't the best drummer in The Beatles, Purrington wasnt the best player in our defence.

If I agreed I'd vote. But if there's not a worthy CAFC player there to vote for... No one gets my vote.

Truly baffled by this. Think he's looked solid, nothing more. Naby Sarr deserves it for January.

    Mistaken identity?

  • Sarr and Purrington?

Could be ... defenders all look the same.
