Will be very interesting to see the players reaction over the next couple of games. The club is screaming unambition15

He's no more perm than a loan until the end of the season,Redrobo said:
So Parker is the perm.roseandcrown said:
Did I say he was?Redrobo said:
I think you have lost the plot. Do you believe that Parker was the striker we have been after since Christmas?roseandcrown said:
No Gallen said after Parker signing on site working on a loan that would make him right in that he called it all day, if it don’t go through that does not make him wrong does it?Redrobo said:
No, and that’s kinda the point. That is what he has heard and reported. Do you believe that Parker is the one that Bows and Galls have been working on for the last couple of months, bearing in mind they have both been talking about bringing in a loan? If you don’t, then you must agree that the Douch was basically correct.Uboat said:
So at the moment he's wrong.roseandcrown said:
But today he is the only one literally the only one who said still hearing 2 one perm and s loan. This has been backed up by Gallen now after the Parker signing. The Red Robin said:
He just regurgitates what's on other sites and Twitter.Redrobo said:
I don’t think he takes himself seriously, but he has been on the money recently, and despite all those claiming to be in the know, he is the only one getting it right. If he is just guessing I hope he is doing the pools and the lottery! The Red Robin said:I didn't realise anyone actually took DOUCHER seriously.
If you do, I think you are wrong.
All I am saying is yesterday and today doucher has said 2 in one loan and one perm, that appears to be what is being worked on.
Not sure what you are not getting!
We agree they were/are working on a loan.
That is what Doucher said, and that is what is happening.
If the loan does not come in, that does not make the information he passed on wrong. Does it? It makes him right.4 -
Someone update the squad list @Scoham @AFKABartram, I'm going to bed.0

Sounds like we needed Bristol City to sign someone then we could've had Mo Eisa, Gutted.1

Should've offered a fee for the loan if we wanted him.Charlton_Stu said:Sounds like we needed Bristol City to sign someone then we could've had Mo Eisa, Gutted.

I am sure we'll be told all those nasty fans and those disruptive protests put potential targets off coming to The Valley3

Killer front 2 striking line up for Saturday. Nothing will change at Charlton until Duchatelet has gone. Pitiful soul destroying strategy.0
-
What a load of shite. Don't let 3 strikers go if you haven't got replacements, especially if the only other goal-scoring stiker you have is banned for 2 more games and likely to be banned again. A winger coming in with 32 career goals, who has only scored at 3/12 of his clubs does not cover that.
Pissed off and very disappointed. League one, we are here to stay4 - Sponsored links:

This could be the most dispicable move by RD yet.
Sells our top scorer with none of the money going to Bow and ships out Clarke and Ajose to leave us weaker than the start of Jan.
Yep that’s how you build on a promotion push.

To Roland and to anyone who was deluded enough to get their hopes up and expect anything different -
This is the Roland way, it won't change until he's gone, doesn't matter who is at the club.5 -
Close enough without any ITK sources. Just Richard Cawley’s articles and Tweets.Scoham said:
@DOUCHER’s not the only one who can feel smug. I don’t even have an ITK source.Scoham said:Grant will sign for Huddersfield and we’ll sign a striker on loan. It will be revealed that a potential permanent deal for another striker fell through. You heard it here first.

Roland just doesn't want to succeed, depressing really. Can see us going ona bit of a lull for a few weeks before picking up towards the end of the season. We'll finish in the play offs still, just got to hope Igor or Parker can fill the void left by Grant0
-
Eiii eiii eiii ooo
Down the football league we go.
For real, if lb and jj pull this off, it would be beyond amazing.1 -
LB “We had it all lined up and we thought it was going to happen but the (other) club stopped it at the last minute because they couldn’t get what they wanted”.
Which is exactly what our owner should have done re Grant/Clarke/Ajose.
RD really is baffling, seems to want as much of his money back as possible but instead of pushing the boat out for a decent striker when we are 4th with a strong squad he weakens it when we have 13 first teamera out of contract in the summer and if we don’t go up I doubt he will be able to give us away at that point and will have no players left to sell.0 -
Disappointing but entirely predictable. Let’s hope the season’s efforts don’t get derailed over the next half a dozen games. So much positivity leading up to and during the Peterborough game.0
-
So whats the best outcome now?
(1) We hope Parker is up to speed (wont have trained with the rest yet) so Recco will no doubt start on Saturday, possibly Igor if we're lucky
(2) We hope that the Fleetwood game gets called off due to the weather, gives Parker and Igor more time to get ready for the Southend game, only downside is we wont have Taylor for the Blackpool game0 - Sponsored links:

47 years man and boy and just when i think Charlton Athletic have pissed me off for the last time because i don't give a fuck anymore...
Roland you are a tosseur of the higest order. I knew more about running a football club while i was being ejaculated out of my old fellas old fella. You shall surely go down in history in SE7 as the most hated of cnuts.
9 -
What a load of bollocks was that. Totally pissed off. Bowyer can’t be blamed if it goes pear shaped. When will that Belgian b*%#%@ sod off and let us be a proper club again. It really hurts seeing the Stripy Nigel’s signing big names and we get a cast off from Gillingham.
2 -
If Eisa was lined up and sanctioned by Roland then its on Bowyer and Gallen for not having one lined up for the last dying seconds in case they didn’t get anyone in. Now we go in to our next 2 games with absolutely no one to score goals. If we go up this season a miracle would be an understatement.1
-
I actually hope LB walks away
That would be a real statement of what a shit show this is.5 -

Huge pressure on Lyle now to score the goals, going to be a rocky road from now until the end of the season, but, we’ve got to believe & back Bowyer & JJ0
