Four of us (Dad, brother, wife & I) I’m cooking it for the first time ever, it’s lamb shoulder so should be fairly straight forwards & as I did a big 6kg turkey on Friday successfully I feel like I can take on the world!
Will also have roast potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire’s, have a double oven which makes things a bit easier. Categorically no Brussels, especially not whilst Roland is still here!1 -
Working 25th and 26th. Christmas dinner on the 27th3

Won’t be at home cooking for everyone for the first time in years. Was disappointed at first but we’re all round to my sisters in Tonbridge who’ll be cooking a traditional turkey dinner. Realised all I have to do is turn up with a load of booze and be fed. Don’t have to worry about planning, buying & cooking the dinner at all.
They live next door to a pub so will be in there at lunchtime with the BIL.1 -
I will cook for four.
Fruit juice and sparkling wine.
Roast Quorn and veggie gravy.
Roast maris piper.
Roast sprouts.
Peas and carrots, maybe cauli.
Nice Chianti with that.
M&S Christmas pudding.(veggie)
Mince pies.(veggie)
Nuts chocolate nibbles and cheese and crackers.
Panatone.
Real Coffee.
Sandwiches later if wanted.
Boxing day football at Coventry.
