Still injured, originally targeted a December return, no comment lately on return date but he’s recovering well according to Burnley medical teamThe_President said:Very best of luck to Nick.

Nick's fit and played in the Cup but is, currently, the number 3 at Burnley with Heaton in goal for the PL and Hart on the bench. So what does he do now? Sit tight, hope that one of the others is sold in the summer and fight for his place or look to a move to another PL Club?
The issue is that, apart from the current bottom 3, they all seem to have established first choice keepers though one of the potential promoted clubs might well be looking in the summer - a move to Leeds, for example, would be a decent one. They've just signed Casilla on a free and have Peacock-Farrell but the former is not a long term proposition and the latter isn't as good as Pope anyway.
The one thing that is certain is that he won't get back into the England picture sitting in the stands.0 -
Yeah he pretty much received a double blow with the injury as it didnt just open the door for Heaton again yet because he too was injured for the early stages it forced Burnley to go out and get Hart
I think he'll need to be the one to move on in the summer though as dont see him getting above Heaton without putting in an amazing performance which is now difficult with them out of all the Cups0 - Sponsored links:

Agree, think it's best for him to move on. Might have to drop down to the Championship though.ForeverAddickted said:Yeah he pretty much received a double blow with the injury as it didnt just open the door for Heaton again yet because he too was injured for the early stages it forced Burnley to go out and get Hart

Vacancy at Arsenal next season isn't there?
They could do a lot worse than Popey1
