Sad news. Been to Dimbola Lodge today where they have an Isle of Wight Festival exhibition; Jefferson Airplane headlined the first festival in 1968 in a field outside Godshill. Wish I’d been born a few years earlier and seen them (although I’d be nearing the end myself!).
