    Just looked he has signed as a free agent.

    So the whole u can only sign free agents as long as they were released before the transfer window shut is bollocks.

    Villa sign Tammy Abraham on loan, a great signing for them but a bit of a comedown for Abraham seeing that he was on loan to Swansea in the PL last season

    Thats a shame, you would think he would have done enough to warrant another premier league gig. Villa will be a good side for him but championship for the year looks a backward step, hope he does well.

    As soon as the original window shut, he was always going to have to go to the Championship as he wasn't going to play for Chelsea.

    A good season in the Championship scoring a load of goals will do him good, it might be a backward step but could also propel him forward next season in the Premier League.

    He's not gone there to play in their Reserves so has gone from U23 games to potentially playing in the Champions League and Bundesliga this season BUT he's still not good enough to play in the Premier League!!... Work that one out!!

    I love the fact more and more young English players are going to Germany to get playing time. Can only be a good thing.
