Not so sure, if thats the case how did he know exactly where the ball was going? I saw his tweet and thought the same as you - Gerrard's pulled off some sort of incredible 360 degree thing. In actual fact, we've just watched a hapless defender fail to control a straightforward pass, and then a scouse bloke managing not to nick anything, glass a DJ or slip over and cost his team the title. Pretty unremarkable. Really, Gerrard should be getting a slating for the fact that he's been in charge of Rangers for two or three months, and he's got players in his squad who still haven't mastered the most basic principles of ball control.5 -
