Great news. Still one more needed for central midfield. Then a keeper and left back as a priority.

Josh Cullen will hopefully be the other Midfielder then we should be okayish in that area with Reeves and Clarke coming back
  • I thought it was another double barrel name from the title. I thought we had signed Darren Pratley-New.

Based on the players we’ve had before how would you describe Pratley .
  • Surprised by that. I think that's a really good signing

He's got a god awful first touch (think Jason Euell) from what I can remember watching of him but won't stop running up & down the pitch putting tackles in.

Very good signing, exactly what we need in the middle. Very experienced too.

It appears that Pratley was Bolton's captain or vice captain as well? Lots of "post match interview with club captain Pratley" on the BWFC YouTube channel.

If he can score against Millwall he's good enough for me

Don't see how you can think signing Poyet would sort out centre midfield. The lad was utter dross when he last played for us and has since failed to impress at some tinpot club in Cyprus.

If he does come back, it'll take a lot of time before he's even back to this level.

THIS THIS THIS!!!! - It wasnt even for one of the top Cypriot sides

Chris Dickson ended up playing for a side who get into the Champions League out there yet only came back to Dagenham

Good solid signing. He gets stuck in as well - something we have lacked for a while.

He was absolute quality for us! But doubt he'd do a job now, maybe though

to be fair i am not really judging him from his loan spell here lats time under KF dont think many players could come in and perform under him and the situation.

If and I accept its a big if we find half the player he was before then he will be a very decent league 1 player.

Probably not the right thread but Diego could do a lot worse than get any sort of contract with us and slowly build up his confidence in the only club that he’s felt comfortable in. Having Lee Bowyer and Johnnie Jackson as mentors could be his salvation. As long as he doesn’t have the attitude that he’s first team squad before kicking a ball I would welcome him home.
