    Another pointless bbc channel change.

Would make sense to stop the match at the end of the Tiebreak as there's no way they will get the 4th set in.

Be funny if tiebreak is not done before 11.

License is only till 11 so it has to finish in 3 minutes

Brilliant tie break. Really looking forward to the resumption tomorrow (which will somewhat overshadow the women's final)

It has to be said that Nadal isn't a good advert for the moisture wicking properties of Nike tennis shirts!

Yes, no way will the final have the same quality as this semi.

It may as well be the final as whoever wins this will batter Anderson

    Thought Federer would...

Be interesting to see if they play before or after Women’s final and roof open or closed, choice of the players apparently.

Wonder what happens if they disagree.

Do the women get a say as well! If the semi goes to 5 sets, they could be on court for another hour and a half which would disrupt the build up to that final

Surely they'll finish before the women's final with the roof on? Then open it up after they're done?

    1pm start, roof closed apparently.

Playing first would be sensible but I’d wager they’d rather the roof open.

They will move the final to Monday.
  • Standard of this game - I can’t see Murray ever getting back to this level.

True but worth noting that at various points in the last few years, Federer, Nadal and Djokovic have all looked finished.

Federer 2013 and then the second half of 2016
    Nadal 2015-16
    Djokovic the last 18 months.

Tennis of the highest quality between two mega slam winners.
That was the Novak of three years ago and that's the best I've seen Rafa play on grass despite losing the 3rd set.
Chalk and cheese between the semi-finals, and can't criticize Isner and Anderson for being giants who serve great and receive poorly compared to other top players.
Tie break at say 8-8 must be introduced in fifth set.

In 3 years time when Roger, Rafa, Novak and Andy all come to the end of their stellar careers we will miss this golden generation.

It's been a pleasure to see multi millionaires play tennis as warriors and for the joy of winning and entertainment.

    Cheers guys.

Murray has been a great player but not at the all time legend status that Federer, Novak and Nadal will be looked back on.

15 minutes for the first game, Nadal and Djokovic continue where they left off last night!

Nice to have the conclusion of this match today, the women's final is often a disappointment and over quickly.

6-3 Nadal, 5th set to come
  • Djokovic only won 3 of 17 break points.
Nadal has won 4 of 6.

BBC just spent that entire changeover with camera focused on Kate, Meghan and Camilla talking and laughing
