Sold that to rose perfectly! Great bit of skill.

poor defending though, everyone knew he wanted it on his left
"Rose bought it far too easily." I thought I'd typed that bit too, obviously not!

I fancy us to get past Colombia without James Rodriguez and then Sweden/Switzerland more than I fancy us against Japan and then Brazil.

If we go out in the quarters or the last 16, it's irrevelant. You don't get recognition for winning a knock out game.

RLC works as a more defensive CAM, Lingards moevement is sorely missed here

Chill everyone this is the perfect result

    Have to agree!
I’ve been called a traitor by wanting Belgium to win , just on the basis that it gives England an easier run to the semi’s

Cmon Belgium (expect you Roland, you yellow tooth twat!)

What was that about them not wanting to score?

Belgium have players who want to get into the starting 11 for the next match.
England have some players who aren't good enough.

I thought Rose looked a lot better than Young has in this tournament. But then you can't defend like that, even in a fairly meaningless game.

Did anyone else see Batushayi smash the ball on to the post and back in to his face?

TAA frustrates me so much, he’s got pace but literally never drives to the byline

Brilliant. I've just rewound the telly to watch it in slow motion.

Vardy Rashford as a partnership clearly doesn't work

I don’t think England want to equalise....... they look like they are not actively chasing a goal when they get the ball.....

The players must be conscious they are Columbia and Sweden / Switzerland from the World Cup semi finals.

If they were two friendlies at Wembley you would expect two wins from those all day

He's only 11 years old. Give him a chance.

To be fair Sterling would’ve taken a heavy touch and/or fallen over in the same situation

Difference in quality of delivery from TAA compared to Trippier is a big loss tonight.

At international level, that’s poor from Rashford.

If it stays like this we will never get a better chance of the World Cup semi finals.
