    This was always going to be difficult.

    Even without Nadal Spain could field two singles players ranked in the top 25.

    Great credit to Cameron Norrie for performing as well as he did against players ranked a lot higher. Worth mentioning too that both Spanish players are ranked higher than Edmund too or were pre Australian Open anyway.
