    For me Xmas begins when the darts does and comes to an end once the darts finishes.

    I used to enjoy going to the darts as well until all the Yaya/Kolo, tables/chairs football chants started taking place about 4 years ago now.

    In fact it's something that also belongs in the general things that annoy you thread. Even while Phil Taylor was playing last night you still had people with there backs to the action doing the Yaya/Kolo while he was playing potentially his last ever match.

    Me if I go to the darts I want to actually be able to watch the action not be surrounded by those only there for the drink - nothing wrong with that of course, just not for me so happy to just watch it at home now.

    Agree with the above. Bad taste but not racist.
    The blacking up here is to show who they are impersonating rather than to make implications about that particular skin colour.

    Is Keith Lemon doing Scary Spice/Craig David racist? No as it's not about the colour, it's about the caricature

    The Starting Gate is opposite the station but gets packed very quickly. Few pubs by Wood Green station and then get the W3 bus up to the Pally.. The Goose opposite Wood Green station also gets busy. The Jolly Angler is a decent pub.

    Paul lim beating Mark webster last night, great effort from 63 year old with probably his highest ever average at the worlds around 100, won 3-2. Quite a few seeds going out but feels alot more competitive and i wouldn't really call them shocks eg. Wade vs Keegan Brown, half expected him to lose as Keegan is a big hitter and played a blinder. Loving it this time of year, do watch it normally too :)
