Wait and see what KAG can do when Reeves goes off in the 65th minute2

Not a good half. We look disjointed. We've struggled to get a grip on the game in midfield. Anything decent we've created has come from a long ball, but a lot of them have gone wayward as well. To his credit Best looks more of a presence in the air than Mag at the moment.
We're without Kashi and our two top scorers. We should remember this. Any team in the league would struggle with that, and any team in the league would desperately miss Kashi.
But Robinson has had ~2 weeks on the training ground to figure out how to play without Kashi and we still seem to be lost. JFC has looked to drop in between the center backs at times, but it's still unclear to me how he and Aribo are meant to be playing. Is it one sits and one has more freedom, like with Kashi? Are both supposed to be sitting? Are both supposed to be roaming? Whatever it is, it's not working. That is made harder by the fact that Rovers have been smart and sat off of our defenders, pressing out midfield. And as we know, Jason Pearce isn't going to hurt you with the ball at his feet.
We need to get it down and play more. We need to play through midfield. Joe Aribo is more than technically good enough for this division. We just seem to have lost some of the belief and swagger with the ball that we had earlier in the season, and we don't have Kashi to dictate play.
We can get something out of this game. Blackburn don't look like world beaters. But we need to be better going forward and we need to be much better at marking runs from midfield into our own penalty area.2 -
Reeves and Sarr have been described as our best finishers at the club... Just going to let that sink in based on recent chances they've both hadThe Red Robin said:

Been watching on the stream. Dreadful unopposed goal to concede, and reeves missed the only chance we have fashioned when he ought to have buried it.
We look very poor all over the pitch, only Pearce playing on good old pro memory looks any good, and that isn't saying much.
The second half needs to be about five times better or we will end up getting very severely thrashed.0 -

I was expecting worse so I'm not giving up yet
In games where we've conceded first we've got a point on four occasions (Peterborough & Bury this season the only games)
We've lost 10 times where we've failed to score this year (five times this season)
I'll be shocked if we do score to be honest!! - It aint what we do

I know its a position we're weak in yet one of the biggest issues is the Strikers we do have, cant score anyway0 -
The two sides are back out at Ewood Park. #cafc0

In our system a big part of the strikers' job is to create space for those attacking players to get goals. I agree Magennis hasn't been as good as he should, but it's not like he (and now Best) have been missing sitters of late. I think our bigger problem is that we're just not creating anything. Our only chance came from a long ball and a great bit of control from Best.ForeverAddickted said:
