Having two men's days dilutes the message. We need to keep March 14th special.

Is there a march? Will their wives allow them to attend?

Seems sensible. Just like women's Day, black history month etc, it's all about highlighting important issues that need focus and addressing.

Did a double take when I read "World waking need" in the above link...
  • I agree it should be something that’s kept in the spotlight.

Which is why my thread//link to the Storyville Documentary clearly highlights this need.

My only negative is, why we have to have this recognition for any issues, it should be a given and no questions asked.

The fact that this is considered a thing baffles me because when you look at the gap in pretty much every tangible meaningful metric you see that pretty much every day is men's day.
  • We need a white middle class mens day to redress the imbalance of power in society.
