So much for their repeated boasts about affordable football.

None of our deals get mentioned, nor do the fact that our cheapest season tickets are lower than most other places, just that our most expensive tickets is more than others

So much for their repeated boasts about affordable football.

We have some very affordable areas to be fair and they are far from being sold out.

We need to be looking at matters with both eyes open.

Yes, we have some cheap seats / offers but also the most expensive ST in League One (£500), most expensive match day ticket (£34) and equal most expensive pie (£4).

    Them's the facts...

I'd say going to watch a game for less than £8 is affordable

The club did 2 fiver games last season but only 14,000 bothered to turn up.

Go on their Price Calculator.....it gives a much more balanced view. EG; our cheapest season ticket at £175 is second only to Bradford's £149. And our most popular match ticket is £20.

Equally, offering the second-cheapest ST of any League One club is one of the facts.

And if you search us at this link which takes you to the calculator, we're pretty comparable to most other clubs. Doing quite well actually, when you consider we *should* be one of the bigger teams in the league.

I agree about the pie though. Four quid! And our replica merch isn't cheap.

One fairly amusing fact though is that, if planned right, one could spend a comparable amount of money on going to see Borussia Dortmund - yes, including flights that cost 60 quid - and on going to see Arsenal, on the cheapest season tickets.

Dortmund would still be slightly more expensive, but not by much.
