brake it to them gently Henry2

Seems like a genuine shirt, got the soft spongy badge, Admiral logo and Woolwich sponsor that was on all the shirts back then. Tags are also the same, also looks pretty old and a little grubby.Henry Irving said:fake
Is there a market for fake Charlton shirts?

I've emailed them to question its authenticity. Would seem odd to put so much hard work in to making a good counterfeit to add ‘TOREX GIULIO’ on the back. See the pictures attached.Henry Irving said:

Ive got two of the shirts mentioned and neither have a sponsor on the back...its probably just been screen printed on by a private individual at some point. I just hope you didnt pay top dollar for it. A mint one is worth over 100 quid.0
-
I'm 99% certain that those match worn shirts had embroidered badges and Admiral logos, along with football league badges on the arms.
If I have time tonight I will try and dig out my match worn ones and upload a photo for comparison0 -
Wasn't cheap, but nowhere near £100. The company I got it from are very good, i have already emailed them.TEL said:Ive got two of the shirts mentioned and neither have a sponsor on the back...its probably just been screen printed on by a private individual at some point. My dad during his dementia decided to chuck all mine, home any away from 89/90 through to about 95

Spotted a home and away jersey from 1989/90 at around £100 each, apparently in mint condition. Very tempted, but not sure how likely it is that they will be genuine.0

Looks legit, but I can imagine it arriving and not having the admiral logo on it or something.1

Really? Would appreciate any help. Why, why would anyone make a fake Charlton kit?TEL said:

People make fakes because people buy them.Addick in SW16 said:

I would be pretty surprised if someone's out there knocking out snide 1980's replica Charlton shirts, doesn't seem like the most lucrative business.1

Got outbid on eBay for this, only one I've seen.

I have a Genuine Mesh red shirt by Le Coq Sportif, can anyone remember when this was used. I never wear it now and wondered how much, it is worth?0
