I don't mind them advertising in theory: the service has to be paid for somehow. But the choice of ads they pump in my direction is baffling, wasteful and extremely annoying. They know what I listen to better than my own best friends do. I'm a middle aged man, but Spotify seem to think I'm a teenage girl.
