A sign of how clubs can rapidly decline, York City have been relegated for the second season running and will be in the 6th tier next season.

    In the 70's they played in the same division as Man U and Chelsea.

    In the 90's they played in the same division as Man City and hammered Man U at Old Trafford.

    Next year they will be playing Curzon Ashton.
