Well I won't be spending my hard-earned on that rag anymore...........10

Hilarious. Surely he like.. had to tell someone first?0 -
Says he's staying on as an MP too. Unbelievable!0
-
WOW One minute being one of the most powerful men in the country to this.0

I'm pleased as he must have been struggling on his current wages as a full time MP and part time consultant on £650,000 pa for 4 days a month.. London is such an expensive place to be.
And as the Standard's owner says it's reassuring to have an editor who's London through and through. (Even though he has a Cheshire constituency.)7 -
It really is a farce when an MP has all these jobs - really shows how some of them take the piss. What is the point of George Osbourne?6
-
just the Russian owner levering his way further up the arseholes of the British 'establishment'6

He's a Tory. He'll do what he bloody well pleases4

Two news jobs in a couple of weeks, joined BlackRock as a part time advisor, £660K for a couple days a month.
We are in it together.10 -
So predictable..Leuth said:He's a Tory. He'll do what he bloody well pleases
I thought I'd take a screenshot rather than post it, just to see how long it took unprompted.2 -
The Standard's been used as a tool to grease up to the rich and powerful for years - it's only logical to cut out the middleman and give the job directly to the rich and powerful.1
-
Well I'm not buying it now even though it's free.1
-
it sums up all that is wrong with our society
if hes a paid MP then that should be it ..end of /no blurred lines/jobs on the side/backhanders/expenses etc
makes a mockery of our system and proper democracy
its absolutely stinks just another trougher who has obviously gone into politics to broaden his "profile"2 - Sponsored links:

He looks like a zombie, his drugs (prescription or otherwise) must have just kicked in and he's trying to get his brain in order to deal with it.
