Blimey anyone else watching, that napier dude just hit 40 off of 20 balls, then in his first over he gets a double wicket maiden!

    He's on fire at the moment! They were saying on the commentry that he was at risk of just drifting out the game... 158, 60 and 40 in his last 3 innings!

    add to that bowling figures of 3 for 5 off of 3 overs including a double wicket maiden, its great stuff northants currently 29 for 5 off of about 8 overs chasing 165!

    What a farce up at the Riverside, why did they find out on the day of the match - It's well over a week since that game was played.

    Good tactics from essex last night. Stuck to a game plan of tickling the spinners about (ooh err) with the right batsmen, with bopara and Napier taking the others apart at either ends of the innings.
