tech question! iMac to bluetooth speaker

benig a bit of a luddite I need some help please! I have a new UE Boom speaker my wife has worked out how to to play music from her phone, but what I'd really like is to beable to play from iTunes on my iMac .... is this straight forward or do I need to buy software such as airport express??

    Click on Bluetooth on iMac , do a search making sure your thingy is switched on and it should find it.

    System preferences > Bluetooth > Switch on > Press the pairing button on the speaker > Speaker should show up on mac > Click on it to pair > play music via speaker

    Might depend on your OS, don't think it works prior to snow-princess or whatever the twinkle named it....
