Yes I get it, I'll have to donate again now as penance for my joke

I've used my studies to work out that my utility would be maximised through the consumption of 40p pints so I'm off!Eynsfordaddick said:

Are we nearly there yet? (50k?)0

The money has been rolling in nicely but I should think its a bit optimistic to expect hitting the £50k just yet

We'll be doing an update on Friday or Saturday.0 -

"Friday or Saturday". A bit tardy somewhat, it's not as though you have anything better to do.Davo55 said:The money has been rolling in nicely but I should think its a bit optimistic to expect hitting the £50k just yet

The prime reason for me accessing this site used to be to look a the transfers thread; now that I don't care who they (not we) buy, my only enjoyment on this site is to learn the latest amount the protest fund has received (yeah, I lead a sad life)!
Pull your finger out and get on with it :-)5 -
I'll be setting up a standing order on payday.
It's the 28th, someone remind me.1 -
            Standing order set-up from December.
Modest amount, but best I can do atm5 -
            Bump!0

            *** UPDATE *** UPDATE *** UPDATE ***
OK, Ok, Just to keep @PeterGage quiet, here we go:
Last Sunday, total receipts were a few quid over £44,000
This morning, that figure has climbed to £47,682
That is more than £3,500 added in just 5 days! or, put another way, an average daily growth of £700 a day.
We need another £2,318 to get to Target £50k. Hoping for another little boost next week - when it's pay day for many
Huge thanks to everyone who has donated or worked towards this. We'll do another update in the first week of December.12 -

Seriously, thanks Alan/Brenda for managing this account. I salute you both.Davo55 said:*** UPDATE *** UPDATE *** UPDATE ***
