Steve Kavanagh new Chief Exec at Millwall

Strange one, what with him being a West Ham fan.
We now have two SE London clubs where both their chief executives hate their club's fans !

Maybe he has gone there to mess them up.0

Must be a step up in salary from Southend0

Good luck to him. I see he has a supplementary title, "Exec in charge of looking after match balls"...3

Well he has experience on witnessing Dawn Raids, so i'm sure that will come into practise sooner rather than later.6

Not forgetting, people keep phoning her before 10.00!!Henry Irving said:

Poor showing from Southend...can't release Steve yet, because they haven't time to advertise and recruit his replacement before the end of the month.Fanny Fanackapan said:
Katy would have gone through 20 interviews before breakfast and then appointed herself by now!!!

Can we start a fund raising campaign, how much would Southend want to take Ms. Meire off our hands? Could also bung in Sue Parkes and a set of tracksuits...0

So when we play Millwall, are we allowed to chant "Charlton reject" at SK and boo him all match2

Usual nonsense from Kav - working together, involving everyone including fans, having ambition. As if that would ever work.12 - Sponsored links:

Couple of quotes stand out there that our great CEO could perhaps take note of
"John was keen to make sure the manager was stable. It’s about creating a stable environment. What you don’t want is a manager spending months trying to get to know a new chief executive"
"A football club has so many moving parts. You have to understand the business and listen to the supporters, staff and the players – try and develop an environment where they can be successful and deliver."1 -
We didn't allow him to go to Millwall, to run the club well. Come on secret agent Kav, do your job properly and screw Millwall upHenry Irving said:http://www.londonnewsonline.co.uk/10885/steve-kavanagh-lions-boss-neil-harris-played-part-landing-chief-executive-role-den/

Kav's a good bloke and a mate, so no that's not what I meant. My point was that it would hard to find a worse chief exec than Meire. Even at Gillingham...Off_it said:
