  • Yep I think that's an appropriate job title:

  • Just seen his assistant manager at St Truiden was Benni McCarthy, wonder if he'll come to us as well

Will be about time that we finally sign him!!

    More likely Benny Hill.

Can you get rid of the Chris O'Loughlin's names from all the threads please. I want him to be a decent price when the bookies put the odds out.
  • Do bookies offer odds for lower league clubs? I remember asking a couple when it was fairly obvious Riga would get the job and they said only prem clubs were offered

SkyBet usually open a book... They have one open for MK Dons at the moment
  • When he is appointed I hope know one spins the line we need to give him a chance etc, he needs to know straight away he is not wanted or respected.

Perhaps Jim White can get Katrien back for part 2 and ask her to explain how they'd learnt their mistakes from appointing managers with no experience of english football but yet now are appointing this guy

Jim White has been mugged off like the rest of us. He should make a few comments.

Where's Clemmit? Wasn't he suckered in as well?

How about the SKY commentators, mugged off by the Micky-mouse PR company. David Prutton & Don Goodman, do your homework properly.

Those of you thinking of giving him a chance, remember it will be Mowgli picking the players again. He needs to get both barrels from the off.

The dressing room will be saying " who the f**k is he?". The players will weigh him up quickly. If he is out of his depth, he won't last long.

Yeah but that was with a top flight club... We're a third tier club so should be at an ideal level... Jeez!!
  • I hope if this is true then we make this Saturday a major protest day and announce it well in advance. We need all of us there booing and disrupting the match from the off.

Mind you I'm still hoping this news is wrong and it's actually Mowgli who's the new manager, or maybe Katrien herself? The more ridiculous the better.

How the fuck did they make the play offs with that record?

Or was it a relegation play off?

That's a crazy system! 1 less point and they'd have finished bottom and yet they made a play off for europe!

No, play-offs for a Europa League qualifying place. They finished bottom of a group of 4 and were eliminated.

As the saying goes "have you ever seen a poor bookmaker?". And Skybet are unlikely to go bankrupt when Roly appoints someone who isn't even on their list!
