Noo, it's already the last major of the year! At least we have the Olympics Ryder Cup this year.

I have gone for Grace, Finau, Furyk and Piercy all EW. What I'd really like though (besides 140/1 Finau winning) is a showdown between a couple of the big names on form. Rory has been sneakily consistent this year and can't be far from everything falling into place.

    Jb Holmes would be a good outside bet. Very long, makes tons of birdies and finished 3rd at the open.

    He would be my value bet.

    It's a bombers course one of the par 5's I think is about 650 in length. Only one player has made it on in 2, that was Nicolas colsaerts.

    I like Holmes as well and have also done Koepka (who missed the Open) and Lowry (hoping his Open performance was a blip!) all ew. And my usual win bet on Spieth.

    Because of the weather of I've not bothered finding a stream tonight. Have they mentioned shortening it to 54 holes? I'm not sure that can happen with a major but the forecast tomorrow is similarly poor.

    I blame the Olympics.
