Four minutes added times a joke, considering all the subs and Williams and Williams on the floor for 5 mins.

What is it about the Welsh and being so bloody unlikable. Savage and Bale are enough for me to wish we'd cut them off and let them float away

That was sub League 1 quality, but no unexpectedly so. Norn a bit unlucky but Wales have Bale for a talisman and Norn have Kyle Lafferty and a bit of quality from Bale was the difference.

but seriously .. Wales play the winners of Croatia/Portugal .. Croatia are decent BUT a Wales win would not be a major shock

Semis not out of the question for Wales at all. Final is not so far fetched with that half of the draw so weak, on paper at least.
  • Beat a terrible Slovak side
    Beaten by England
    Beat a disheartened, limp Russia
Beat a weak NI team of Championship standard

That side of the draw is incredibly weak, a great opportunity for either an unfancied team to reach the final

    Well done to Wales.

As they love to say say about the likes of Man U etc it's a sign of a decent side if you win whilst not playing particularly well.

Wales have already had a wonderful tournament but with their undoubted team spirit and real quality in Bale they could yet go further in their half of the draw.

Beat a terrible Slovak side - boll*x they're a good side (as England found out) that's beaten Spain & Germany
Beaten by England - fair enough, still topped the group though
Beat a disheartened, limp Russia - if you like, something England failed to do
Beat a weak NI team of Championship standard - true Wales didn't play well, hoever ... *b*llox again - beat them by the same score as Germany did, NI have gone something like 16 games without conceding more than one goal. They are an excellently well organised team - a lot of credit must go to Michael O'Neill.

As @LenGlover said, good luck to them, they've done fantastically. However, they are not a great side even though Mr Bale is a bit special. How I would like Charlton to have a side that is a team that plays together with such spirit.

Which isn't saying much right now. Brazil are shit and didn't even make it out of the Copa America group stage a couple of weeks ago.

That was a truly awful game and a poor advert for football of any standard. Wales, however, are in the quarter finals of a major tournament and good luck to them.
They will, more than likely, face Belgium, who they beat in the qualifiers, so they won't be scared.
This tournament has shown that every team is beatable.

can't argue with that unfortunately, having 3 points in the bag they played for a point to take them through
